Lift Functional Fitness app for iPhone and iPad

Lift is a fitness and wellness program specifically designed for people with COPD.

Becoming a Lift member gives you access to daily video classes that you watch right on the Lift Functional Fitness App. If you have ever watched a workout tape, like Tae-Bo or Aerobics with Jane Fonda or Richard Simmons… Lift classes are similar except you watch them right on the app. No DVDs or VHS tapes needed!

One of the great things about Lift, is that we offer a variety of classes that range from strength and endurance to breathing and relaxation classes. During each class, our instructors lead you through the exercise—it feels like the instructor is in the room with you!

Weve put together a fantastic team of instructors, including respiratory therapists, physical therapists, dietitians, and fitness instructors, that have worked in hospital-based pulmonary rehabilitation programs. You can always send a message to our instructors with any questions you have about Lift classes or even managing COPD in general.

Each day you come to the Lift Functional Fitness app we suggest a set of classes to take for the day to help you accomplish your goals. You can participate anytime you want throughout the day and even watch additional classes. All you need is the Lift Functional Fitness App to participate in all classes and programs.

Lift is free to download. However, we offer a subscription package to access content within the app.

Subscription service conditions:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and switch off the auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after purchase
• You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication.
